Emotional Healing

Some people’s emotions need healing. I remember for many years till my teenage I couldn’t cry. Nothing would make me cry until I lost my mum. Much later, I was healed emotionally so I became more tender. Do you find it hard to express your emotions?

Some people have not experienced love, commitment or attention all through their lives. Whenever they meet someone who shower them with genuine love and care, they run from such people. They either think you want something or there is more to it. They need healing.

Some others have been abused, misrepresented, suspected all their lives. When you meet them and place them in a position of trust, they begin to doubt if you genuinely love them. They begin to misbehave just to get you off their backs. They need healing. Prove them wrong.

There are ways you can overcome this. You can either see a therapist, accept you have a problem or sincerely trust the other person until they prove you wrong. To live in suspicion is not healthy. You can heal and become well. Emotional healing is important for relationships.
